This half-term, I’ve been lost in two books that have genuinely shifted something in me. I started with Rachel Rodgers’ We Should All Be Millionaires, which led me to Gay Hendricks’ The Big Leap. Between them, they’ve sparked a lot of reflection about where I’m really operating from - and where I could be.

At the start of this year, I began my book-writing journey, and what a journey it has been. Writing about something so deeply personal, while sharing practical tips and strategies for facing crisis and growing through adversity, has been both challenging and cathartic. I’ve discovered that the initial writing process comes quite naturally when you’re speaking from the heart, but once your words land in the hands of others, that’s when the real work begins.
