The Deadly Dozen: My Ultimate Challenge at 50
Last weekend I completed the Deadly Dozen and I’m feeling very proud of myself!
In 2022, I started training. Not because I'd always been a fitness person — I absolutely had not. I started because I was watching someone I love more than life itself fighting the hardest battle of their life, and in that pain, something shifted in me and I had no excuse not to look after myself.

Anchored Leadership in Uncertain Times
I often talk about the importance of being anchored as a leader. When you are anchored, you are not easily shaken. Your team feels it. Your decisions become clearer. Your leadership becomes steadier. In my experience, those with strong anchors consistently create the best outcomes, not just in results, but in how people feel being led by them.

Anchored in hope
My anchors are what steady me when circumstances don’t. Anchors ground you in the storm, they guide you when things feel uncertain, they comfort you when you feel depleted and they remind you who you are.
